 What a year of change, enlightenment and joy.  It has went by soo quickly I can't believe it.  Here are my RNY highlights:

260- 142 (down 118lbs)                      size 20 - size 6 (sml/xsml)

Hit goal of 150 in 7mths                

Just looking for any suggestions.  Having my first "discomfort" with reflux since rny 9mths ago.(think I'm drinking waaay tooo much coffee)  Wondering what your "GO TO FIX' is ?

Having my first real bout of discomfort with acid reflux.  I'm going to say its likely due to my increased coffee intake lately.  Have called my GP to go in tomorrow.  Just wondering what is everyone's "go to " fix for this problem ????

Thank you BMI scale for finally accepting me into your most prestigious  "normal weight range " on my 9th surgerversary! !!!  I still think you are judgemental and silly, but thank you.  I will wear it proud!!!

Yahoo.  On my 9 month surgerversary the BMI scale finally says I'm normal weight at 24.5.  Mind you....I think the BMI scale is kinda silly anyhow BUT it was important enough to base my eligibility for surgery.....so I'm going to celebrate !!!

After a long 2mth battle thru the 150's...I hit my original goal of 150.... still in my 8th month post op.

So I normally weigh myself everyday.  For the sake of the MEAT WEEK adventure  I weighed in Sunday at 150.4 lb and haven't checked since.  I have been moving through the 150's at an absolute snails pace.  Was hoping this would shake things up a little
