"I really liked Dr. Sutyak. He spent alot of time with me at the initial vist. He volunteered his previous bariatric experience and he also outlined all the risks as well as the benefits of the surgery. He did not rush me in my appointment he addressed all my fears and answered my questions. He gave me a brochure with a web site to do more research on my own also. His staff was great and informative and they helped me immensely also with the insurance and other necessary appoinments I needed to make.
There was nothing that I did not like about Dr. Sutyak or his staff, they were all very caring and answered all of my questions to the best of their ability. The aftercare program is one of the best, support group meetings before and after any suggestions for post op patients are reviewed and put into place as needed. I would rate the SIU COMP clinic a A++++ in all areas. The same with Dr. Sutyak and his staff. His surgical competence is great and he has suurgical trauma experience in the ER. Bedside manner is also an A++++. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Dr. Sutyak and the SIU Comp clinis, they all work together the therapists the nurses the nutrionist and where there is room for improvement they take that as a priority."
