Finnaly!! GOODBYE 180's!

OK so finally I have reached past the 180's,  yeah! 177 this am!  WHOOO hooo who would have thought 6 weeks later in a matter of 4 days I would loose 5 #'s !!!! WOW I feel like I just got banded again!  I have restriction and my biggest fear is eating to fast and the has gotten me stuck 2 times this week!  I definately can NOT eat noodles, bread (wheat toast I can ), red meat ( i can eat taco meat, sloppy joe meat, spaghetti meat I think its the sauce or moisture)  can not eat steak, I can eat pork, fish ,shellfish, sushi (thank god)!!  I can eat fruits, veggies non have given me trouble yet!  I love muscle milk light, I use it in my coffee everymorning.  Cottage cheese, jello, and cool whip is my favorite (sinful dessert) except the only calories you have to count are the cottage cheese! muahhahahaha.  I eat chix salad, tuna salad, egg salad for lunch usually occassionally some soup- chilli or potatoe with bacon.  Suppers just vary!  I have stoped eating after 7 pm which I think has helped me tremendously.  I am now walking and jogging (combo) for 2 miles 4-5 times a week, volley ball for 1-2 hours- 2 times a week and going to Jazzercise 1-2 days a week.  EXERCISE IS THE KEY along with diet for me, I can eat healthy and follow all the rules but if I don't exercise then I don't loose.  I am offically 6 mos out -yesterday! AND 65#'s down in that short period.   IT IS ALL BECAUSE OF ME WORKING MY BAND!!!! thank you band! which I have fondly named "Lafawnda"  for Napoleon Dynamite!
