But back on track and I'm going to do this! Life is tough but I can make this work! Would make this longer but Baby is crying...

-start the day with a healthy protien breakfast
-tracking food on my phone/only eating intentionally no grazing.
-eat actual meals and not snack so much
- setting the timer so I don't drink to soon after I eat
-drink more liquids
-eat more protein/ and protein supplements, at least 100grams a day
-don't miss vitamins
-no eating after 8!
-Lower carb intake drastically
-start doing wii fit again, and take kids on walks when it's not raining.
-yard work/gardening
-go get my bloodwork done

Life has been so stressful having my sister in law in my house....blah. hopefully that will be over soon. I like her, but she is so terrible at taking care of herself and her kids....She is supposed to get an apartment when she gets taxes back.
- Anyways,more importantly, we are going to be fostering(and hopefully adopting!) a baby boy named Korbin.
Long story....somewhat short.
My cousin is a heroin addict and she had a baby(no one even knew she was pregnant) about 2 months ago.
He was taken away (rightfully so) by the state....What is even worse is that he has Cystic Fibrosis. Born addicted to heroin, AND has Cystic Fibrosis! He also had surgery to remove part of his intestines because they were necrotic because of a blockage :( So he has been in the hospital for a long time...My husband and I visit him as much as we can and he will come home with us as soon as he can leave the hospital.We have been staying with him and have been getting trained for his lung therapy and other special care ect...
It's very hard to feel sorry for myself when I see such a small person with so many big problems :(
but It's easy to let myself go and not care for myself when I have mothering to do...but I have to remember I need SOME care as well.
If I don't keep healthy I won't be able to care for those I love the way I'd like.
It's going to be a juggle..... but I'll do my best :)

Can't seem to lose these last 9 pounds.
I keep gaining and losing the same few pounds and I feel like I'm stuck in the mud. I'm so close I don't want to fail now!
I've been exercising but I've been been struggling to get enough protein, I've been eating too many carbs (usually healthy carbs like whole wheat bagel thins, kashi go lean cereal and fruit) but too many none the less.I've been feeling pretty hungry lately and I'm guessing the carbs aren't helping.
I ordered another food scale(first one broke) and started my food journal again.Today I started my 5 day pouch test, I figured it wouldn't hurt. I think I'm ready for this.
I really need to change my avatar..lol

I have a appointment scheduled with my surgeon(Dr.Leger?) on June 17!
Bad news...
had blood work done and everything looks good except for my ALT(liver enzymes) Level was 76...that might mean inflammation or damage of some kind. I have no idea how I could have damaged my liver(I don't drink, use drugs and I've only slept with my husband) so I'm lost on what's wrong with me :( My Mother died because of liver failure 3 years ago. but she had Hepatitis from using needles. so I went in for a Hepatitis test today and all I can say is I'm more than a bit worried...

Wow, I can hardly believe my baby girl is two! It's crazy she's my favorite reason to get this surgery...^_^
I am so very Blessed!
Here are some things I need to get done this month/goals:
-Need to ask Julie for a new "life events" sheet and fill it out, and also another weight chart
- get weighed and have some weight loss shown my goal is 278
- Stop drinking soda. I wasn't but I recently started again :(
-increase my exercise. Wii fit, Biking, Pool.
-food/ exercise journal
March 3rd
I have a meeting with Julie(case worker) and the dietitian.
we will be discussing life events and how they correlate with weight gain and loss.
and will be reviewing my food and exercise journal. (yikes!)
My goal is 276.
