AND BACK ON TRACK,  I WAS UNABLE TO WORK OUT FOR A WHILE DUE TO A SUSPECTED HERNIA,  BUT EVEN THOUGH  I AM STILL IN PAIN  I CAN WORK OUT FOR THE MOST PART, I JUST  ENDED A 3 WEEKS FAST OF FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND i HAVE DROPPED 9 POUNDS,  MY GOAL IS 15 MORE BY THE SUMMER AND I WILL BE SATISFIED!! ALSO  I HAVE BEEN OFF OF ALL DIABETES  AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW!!! IH AVE A FEW NEW PICS FROM THE INAUGURATION LAST WEEK.

WELL THINGS ARE MOVING ALONG I HIT A SLIGHT STALL IN MARCH WHEN I COULD NOT WORK OUT DUE TO A PINCHED NERVE IN MY NECK  BUT NOW I AM FULL  STEAM AHEAD I AM NOW DOWN TO ABOUT 217 DOWN FROM  CLOSE TO 300 POUNDS, I HAVE A FEW NEW PICS FROM MY  VACATION...WELL THAT ABOUT I FOR  NOW.....PEACE

Well i am now in the land of XL !I cant tell  you the last time I could fit xl clothes, I am down ten pants sizes  and i have lost 78 pounds to date!! That means I am not that far from my goal,I have been in the gym on most days but this is mainly for cardio, I will be hitting the weights again  in february but until then good luck and God Bless!!!

WELL I HAD MY 6 WEEK UPDATE THIS  PAST FRIDAY AND  I WEIGHED IN AT 254 POUNDS!!! SO THATS 33 POUNDS SINCE MY SURGERY DATE AND 43 POUNDS  SINCE MY PAT ON AUGUST 14! I AM NO LONGER ON MY DIABETES MEDS AND I AM GOING TO MY PRIMARY THIS WEEK SO SHE CAN TAKE ME OFF OF THE  HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS,  I AM IN THE GYM EVERY DAY AND I HAVE INCREASED MY WORKOUTS I HOPE TO BE AT MY GOAL REAL SOON.!!     UNTIL THEN  REMEMBER  EVEN ON A BAD DAY GOD IS STILL GOOD!!!   

Well people  my surgery went well, except for a little sorness I am ajusting well, as a mmattr of fact so far my one painfull moment was when my doctor removed my drain, I dont know about the rest of you  but my doctor just used the snatch and grab technique which caused me a little pain,  the craziest thing that happend was a few hours after surgery when I had to use the  bathroom and I stodd there for 10 minutes and nothing came out  I rang the nurse and asked her if she was sure the doctor reattached everything!! but thankfully after a few hours things got back to normal, now I am just resting at home  enjoying my jello , ice pops and pain meds, GOD IS GOOD!! Thank to all who prayed for me I will be in touch soon.

WELL AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS I GOT MY APPROVAL LETTER FROM HORIZON! I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS BECUSE THEY NEEDED  PROOF THAT I HAVE BEEN OBESE FOR FIVE YEARS AND I WAS ONLY WITH MY CURRENT DOCTOR FOR 3 SO I HAD TO GO TO MY FORMER DOCTOR AND THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE THREE WEEKS  TO GET THAT INFORMATION IN,  AND WHEN  THEY DID SEND IT , THERE WAS NO  WEIGHTS  ON THE NOTES THAT THEY HAD SENT BUT GOD IS STILL GOOD SO  NOW I AM WAITING FOR MY DOCTOR TO CALL ME AND SET UP A DATE!
