Its funny how its taken me 3 years to come to this point....and now when I was given my surgery date I was in shock....like WOW is this really happening??? don't get me wrong im estatic but this is a HUGE step for me and its finally coming together. But nothing was more rewarding then texting and calling all my family members and friends and having them all return their responses with a congrats and that they will support me through the entire journey.....I AM BLESSED!!!!!!  Met with the entire staff at New York Bariatrics/Dr. Vohra's office.....can I say AWESOME....you can feel their concern and attention in this big decision and feel like they will be holding my hand through the whole process..... YAAYYYYY !!!!!!!

 I have chosen to have my surgery with Dr. Rajeev Vohra, Hewlett, New York. After 3 yrs of research and debating whether or not to have the surgery, I am now determined that this is the best choice as my health has been deteriorating. My first step will be Info seminar on May 20, 2010. I am anxious but hoping that this journey be blessed and have only positive outcomes.
