 Howdy everyone......I read it over and over again but I know know it for myself.  Im grateful for the weight loss that has come with the surgery, but their is serious mind set that has to change as far as food choices and getting active......I am a work in progress and its not easy but obtainable!!!

I had such a rocky start until I did not get serious with my exercising.....Now I that I have been blessed to be happy and healthy for weeks...No more excuses...It's go time and I am happy about it.

Howdy all....I was sleeved on 11/22 down almost 20 pds.....Can't wait to start soft foods.

First part of psych eval tomorrow.  Why I have to do it in two parts is beyond me.  I am not sure what's the deal there.  But hey, I am excited none the less.

I am soooooo happy to have a community that I can run to and share my excitement.  I submitted my predetermination for benefits on today and I am so happy that the request was made for my psych eval.  I submitted my predetermination myself and my psych eval is not until 09/29.  I purposely sent in pred without it, because I wanted to know if any thing else was needed.  I am sooooo grateful to God for giving me this opportunity to live again.  I am asking for your prayers for a speedy approval and a safe surgery with wonderful results.

So I am super duper excited about my psych eval on 09/29.  I hate I have to have it so late in the month I would like ASAP but we do not have that may providers in our area that complete the psych eval :(

I had my first appointment with the surgeon MD David Kim.  He was so awesomely pleasant.  His bedside manners and fun youthfulness was much appreciated.  I am getting my records together and scheduling my psych eval for my predetermination of benefits.  I am so excited.  Its funny being on this side of the insurance thing being that I work at an insurance company.

I am happy and life is good.

I am so excited about joining this site.  I feel so empowered reviewing other member's blogs.  I am ready for my journey to begin.  I have gained and lost weight more times than I care to recall.  I am ready to cut the strings on this yo yo and enjoy my life.

My consultation with the surgeon is scheduled for 08/31.  I am hoping that we can get the ball rolling and an approval asap :)
