I had Lap Band surgery on August 9, 2005. I have gone from 297 down to 167. I began having problems with my band about 6 months post op. My husband also has problems with his band. I'm back up to about 225lbs. My plan is to have a revision done to a different surgery.
Personally I don't think the Lap Band is a good choice. No, I wouldn't do it again.
