Just wanted to give a quick update.  I went to the doctor on 01-23-2009 I had lost 6 or 7 pounds which i was very happy about.  Since I had really gotten off of plan and had gained weight.  Doctor Cywes said that was great but wanted to give me a small fill since I was still hungry between fills.

When I left I noticed I was really tight it was kind of hard to get liquids down but I figured I had to get used to the new fill.  After the 3rd day i was still on clear liquids and they hurt to go down.  I  woke up every morning with a golf ball feeling in my chest and as i tried to drink though out the day it would get worse.  I think one day besides water I had a small bit of turkey and another day a 1/2 of a meatball.  I even though up a few times.

So after 2 nights of terrible reflux where I would wake up feeling like I was drowning I called the doctor.  My doctor was out of town but his partner got me in right away.  He pulled all the saline out and had me drink two glasses of water straight down.  My god that felt good I haven't been able to do that since surgery.  He then had me drink while he refilled me I think he put 8.2 or 8.3 back in.  I immediately feel better.  I am still real irritated from being too tight but the golf ball is gone and I can drink water.  i don't think I was even drinking 1 bottle of water a day.   So I am glad I went back in to get the unfill. 

One good thing is Dr Cywes wanted me under 200lbs when he saw me next time.  When I went in this morning I was at 202.3 so I should hopefully lose the 2 lbs by the time I see him in about 3 weeks.  I haven't been under 200lbs since I don't know when.
