My mother ordered one and it cost her an arm and a leg in the end. She was very unhappy about it. It wasn't at all what she expected and ended up costing her more than she really had.

Hi everyone...I am nine weeks post and down to 172 as of tonight's weigh-in :>) That brings my BMI to 31.5...which means I am very close to leaving the 'obese' category and going into the "overweight" category. Amen. What a wonderful tool we have with this surgery. I am so happy! **Love your guts** And love to you all here on AMOS. Without you all, I know this would not be possible. Take care and be healthy.

Hi everyone...officially ten days post op here and 20lbs lost and gone forever! I'm a happy girl. I want to say to all of you who have encouraged me and gave me your innspiration and caring, THANK YOU!! It's wonderful to be on the "other side".

Christine, Only two more days to go. How exciting. Dr. Valin is the absolute greatest. I feel like we are in very good hands with him. You will be home by the time I go in next Tuesday, but I will be thinking about you. Best wishes, see you on the other side. Here's to a healthier and thinner you.
