Death by leg cramp!?

Oh my goodness, if you could die from a leg cramp, I surely would have perished this morning! I haven't been relay good with my water for about 4 days now and I think its come back to bite/cramp me. As I type I have a big glass of Gatoraide and am sipping in between sentences. I hope I never have to experience a cramp that intense again. I had more lab work done yesterday so hopefully that will give me more incite into my muscle spasm. Wish me luck.
