Wow it is ice and sleet falling outside and hell to the naw I'm not going out there. Last time I fall out in the snow I jacked up my arm and shoulder and that was months ago and it still hurt like the dickens!!!
So I'm up in the house till all that crap is gone!
And worse thing is when you are coop up in the house it makes you want to snack and snack
and that is how you gain more weight and be more depressed than you were
So i'm going to get me a big cup of ice to chew on when I get the feeling that I want to eat

I have can a friend that had the Lap band in May10 and she has lost 150 lbs since then. I feel like will this really work for me it like really unbelieveable that you can really take that much weight off. I think ppl aren"t going to know how to take me when it does come off. I'm still going to be crazy old granny giving advice out to everyone and being a mother to all by listen to ur man problem and etc....I have start with the meal weighting my meat on the scale and using measuring cup for my sides. Trying to get this thing strong in my heart. and mind ,But as a team we can make it beat this!!! We will win!!!!

a total life changing event. And they arent even paying atten to u they think that it is all talk and ur not going to do it .then other crack jokes bout get up from the table or push the plate awy if it was just that simple dammit we would have den did it !!!!!!!!
