I have can a friend that had the Lap band in  May10 and she has lost  150 lbs since then. I feel like will this really work for me it like really unbelieveable that you can really take that much weight off. I think ppl aren"t going to know how to take me when it does come off. I'm still going to be crazy old granny giving advice out to everyone and being a mother to all by listen to ur man problem and etc....I have start with the meal weighting my meat on the scale and using measuring cup for my sides. Trying to get this thing strong in my heart. and mind ,But as a team we can make it beat this!!! We will win!!!!
