Pamela, best of luck to you on Wed! My best advice to you at this point, is keep a positive attitude. Surgery day was very emotional for me but I was given that advice early in the morning by a family member and it really helped me. She told me to think positive, happy thoughts and push away any negative feelings or thoughts. I focused on happy times, happy memories, my favorite people and things, the future and all it held. My surgery was delayed until late afternoon so I really had ALL day to think happy! But I managed and I do believe it's the best advice I received. SO - happy thoughts, positive thoughts and you'll be just fine! I'm glad to see you have your DH as your angel - that is great! Now, hang on to your hat girl, the ride is amazing!! Pam, I hope your surgery goes smoothly. You are so lucky to have your DH by your side by this. He sounds like his your biggest supporter. That is really saying something too, considering this board is a super support group also. Godspeed and be well.
