"My first impression of Dr. Ferzli was that he was an Angel sent from God and I felt extremely comfortable. I would describe Dr. Ferzli as a intelligent and competent doctor that is extremely sensitive to the needs of his patients. What I liked best about Dr. Ferzli was that he not only explained the surgery in detail but he stressed the importance of after care, and gave me insight of how my new beginnings would be.Karen the Program Coordinator is extremely intelligent and knows the program inside and out! She is very understanding,caring and compassionate. Being that English is my second language Karen was extremely patient with me and helped me understand all the requirements. She was always in contact with me and would call all my doctors for test results and clearances. Even though there was alot of work to do before I signed consent, Karen made it a pleasurable experience for me!!! Lisa Lobel the nutritionist was very helpful and helped me with the diet before and after the surgery. She is very caring and patient. Dr. Mahoney made me feel extremely confident and comfortable making this lifestyle change. The after care program is wonderful I am closely monitored by the entire team and have been very successful losing weight!!! I would rate this program on a scale of 1-10 way above "10"!! I would recommend Dr. Ferzli and his team to EVERYONE!!!!!!!! I am thrilled that my experience was a COMPLETE SUCESS!!! Thank you!!!
