Okay here it goes....... I am very happily married to the most wonderful man in the world who loves me fat or skinny. I have 3 handsome sons, Alex is 12, Jacob is almost 9 and Noah is 19mths. They keep me very busy with their involvement in Baseball, Football and Basketball. I have struggled with my weight since a young child. I have tried Weight watchers, diet pills, exercise, low calorie, low fat, etc etc etc and it all works at first. I have not been under 200 pounds in 12 years. I am only 29 and was hoping to be a great weight by the time I turned 30 but here I am a month away and almost at my biggest. It is very stressful and very depressing. I do need support from people who have been where I am now and have made it through with a great outlook on life now. I want to be able to play with my kids again. I want to have the energy to play outside and not just sit and watch. I want to feel alive again.
I guess I will blog all of my processing moments so please if you are reading any of this and can help or share your stories, I would love to hear from you. God Bless!
