"Dr. V was a very nice man from day one. His office staff was helpful, but their english was not good so communication was difficult. The overnight stay hospital was very comfortable but lacked the staff who could understand the english language. This is not exceptable since 90% of their patients are Americans. Overall, I have been very pleased with my band and the surgery in general."
