3 month check up today

Well i seen Dr. Mcphee today. I told him about me mishap and still in pain when i eat. Not bad just i feel like i have over eaten and have no appetite.. He said that read meat takes longer to digest then chicken and turkey, thats why they dont reccommend it this early and that some people can never tolerate it. Well i guess im one of them, he suggested that i stay on liquids for a few days and if i still have this problem next week to call. The thing that sucks is he will be having knee surgery on monday and will be out for a while so i will have to see someone else.  I can honestly say i learned a lesson the hard way...just my dam luck...

I have offically down to 188 .
