I had a VSG on Tuesday. August 4th, and am mostly feeling really good.  My one issue is that one of my incisions is extremely painful.  It's the incision used to pull my stomach out, and the only way I can walk is to puts lots of pressure on that area.

I have tried all of the flavors of Bariatric Advantage shakes and can't choke them down anymore.  My surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4th, and I was supposed to drink 3-4 shakes a day.  The first day was semi ok, but after that...ugh.  I really
