It's been a long time since I have been here.  I am doing great!  Maintaining my weight at 140.  It is a constant struggle wondering if the weight will come back.  I have spells where I am hungry all the time and that really bothers me.   Troy and I are doing great.  I now have 5 grandbabies and my mom is still living with me.  I work on the road alot doing construction work.  It is hard eating the right foods when you working 7 days a week and 13 hr days.  But summer is coming and will start exercising again so I think I will be ok.
