Pre-op I was always a big spice and flavor guy. A1 on everything, hot sauce, love lemons and limes and let us not forget barbecue and all them amazing seasonings. Now that I am post-op and getting closer to starting a more normal diet I wanted to know

I have just had my surgery today and right now I am just thinking oh my god what have I done to myself. I am hurting and scared and regretting my decision. I know this will get better with time, I have been looking at before and after pics on line
