I have been coming to OH since my surgery, but I decided to create my own page today.  Basically I had surgery on 12/26/07, with no major complications.  At my 3 month check up 3/27, I am down 63 lbs, my blood pressure is back to normal, and my doctor said everything is going to plan.  I guess I'm lucky, I have no problems when I eat as long as I leave sugar alone.  So far, I find its pretty easy to stick to the plan.  I hope it stays that way. I look forward to a long life now and to enjoy my children, and my grandchildren.  I would definitely say that this surgery was the best thing for me.!!!!
