2018 Surgery Reboot! Shooting for November 2018

Aug 22, 2018

Well, I was supposed to have surgery in 2015-2016, but fate had other plans.  I tore my ACL, had family members that became ill, that I had to take care of, and in the midst of it all my job was downsizing and I wanted not to rock the boat by requesting time off for surgery.  and I chickened out.  Around the time I was making my decision as to which surgeon I should use, one of the surgeons I had on my list got into a lot of trouble, and I quickly became turned off at the thought of going abroad for surgery.  But now I am ready!  Since my last attempt, there have been so many advancements in surgical techniques and options.  Not to mention that there has been a boom in the number of physicians and surgical centres that have popped up in Mexico that I have shed most of my fears. I have saved my money, and I am raring to go.  The only problem I am having is determining which doctor and surgical facility to use.  I have narrowed it down to 4 groups:

Mexico Bariatric Center- Dr Louisiana Valenzuela

Pompeii Bariatric- Dr Saucedo  or Dr Sergio Quinones

A lighter Me- Dr Elias Ortiz

Renew Bariatric-Dr Hector Perez Orozco

can anyone give me their insight on these physicians or surgical groups?  All the doctors have wonderful reputations and educational backgrounds. But I would love to find out from someone (directly) about their experience with any of these physicians.
