ouch -  I learned ground turkey hurts will try again in a few weeks but again ouch. I did make a good concoction re fried beans with shredded chicken on top with melted cheese yummy.

Happy dance -  Today I am 8 days post and I was able to take a shower alone! Another milestone I was able to walk out in the yard without pain!!! Tonight I think I am going back to my own bed!!!
