I have regained 40 lbs but was good until Nov 2017 found out my back was broke in 2 areas so had to have spinal fusion I am 1 yr out of surgery so have been completely cleared now. Will be 7 yrs out in June I need help getting back on track

Back Story I have a broke back had to get the injections which of I got sick after one. High does of steroids tends to make you feel hungry. Plus being in and getting pumped on to you I had surgery 6/12i have regain 31 lbs
