Well im a month and a half out from surgery and i feel great. I am now under 200 pounds with a total of 34 pounds lost!!! I would say i never felt better actually. Im doing great with the change of life for me. My husband has even lost 17 pounds now because I make small portions for him at the table. We dont buy junk anymore and the kids even eat apples daily. im hoping someday to be able to have a drink with my friends when we go out but not sure when thats even safe yet so I will go slow until I think its time. My friends notice all the time how I have changed and my pants definatly show. In total I went from a 22 to 16 so far and its odd shopping for clothes now in the non pluss size areas of the stores. I started selling AVON and I love it. I get out and walk to deliver new catalogs door to door. I dont have the kids do it for me. i pick an area and stop the car. Get a lage tote full of catalogs and walk. Its been great. I can walk so much farther then before. I think Avon will be a good addition to the new me!
