0 weight loss?!?!?!??!

 Okay somebody please tell me what is going on. I have not lost any weight in like 2 weeks, Yes I am lifting but 0 lbs? Really? I just feel so blah right now! Not good and very discouraging.

Gym Flow

 So Im at the gym and feeling a little intimidated with the free weights. I asked my son to weight train me so I can tone up as I loose weight. He is away at camp for 4 days and..........I started not to go to the back with all the fine buff guys LOL but I got over it and I went. Thank God I did cause I needed to work out my arms. So when I finished, one of the buff guy says to me you did good keep it up. Felt pretty good :) left smiling...... with that said I had a great work out did a mile and a half on 7 incline on the treadmill, heart rate was up at 162 steadily for 20 min. with 5 min. of warm up and 5 of cool down.

Sugar alcohols

 Okay so alot of sugar free stuff has sugar alcohols in it, I think I was told that's not good. Anyone have any Ideas or suggestions on this matter or know what I'm talking about because I have no clue LOL. Help!

Exercise

 Yes! I lost 6 lbs Its a toal of 35 lbs so far! I am so happy. Oh yeah and I started getting a period yuck but oh well that means my body is returning to normal. I have been walking 30-40 mins every morning :) feels great! I  also enrolled at planet fitness they open on the 17th and I cant wait to start weight training and resistance training! yup yup loving my new life :) cant wait for the rest of it.

 Well I have lost 23 lbs, I need to stop weighing my self everyday! It get annoying but I keep doing it! LOL On a good note everyone that has not seen me since before surgery really notices the difference and so do I in my clothes. I am learning how to get my protein in and trying to not do the shakes so often, So far with breakfast 11 gms of protein! yay me 1 egg and 1 slice of turkey. I had to eat it in 2 portions to get the full benefit but I'm proud of me. And thanks to a blogger on here I also tried the tuna with greek yogurt very good! and packed with protein! Oh yeah I started walking last week I feel so good. I forgot how good it feels to work out. Anyway I've also noted to eat very slow, I throw up if I dont, and its very uncomfortable feeling yuck. So far so great.

Back to work

 I've been back to work 3 days now. I find myself getting tiered more quickly like fatigued and stuff. Like I need more sleep. Chicken makes my stomach hurt but corn meal rice veggies and fruits im doing very well with. I still dont think i'm all healed up. My stomach still sore after my work day is done. Anyway cant wait to see more weight loss i'm down 22 lbs whch feels like nothing because I know eventually alot more will come off. Anyway please let me know how you are doing if you are new to this thanks.

10 days post op

 So I am bored out of my mind, and just trying to adjust to making sure I get in all the nutrients I need in the small area I know have. Its been 10 days since my surgery I weighed my self on the scale that I usually use at work and I'm 19 lbs down. So I knew that things would change in my body but I just didnt think it would be that fast. I've stopped seeing my period after I had an IUD inserted January 2010 before that they were very far and few in between. So I'm pretty sure it was probably around the time it was supposed to come but yes, I saw a period. Urgh I guess thats good because my body is starting to regulate itself. Well experienced people help me out on different things I can have for breakfast and dinner. I've done split pea soup turkey soup, liquified, but you eat so little that you have so much left over! LOL I hate throwing out food so I've been alternating those 2 every other day. I am doing the Isopure protein shakes they are 50 GM per serving any takes on higher protein intake?
