Hi Alice, thanks so much for posting your thank you on my support page. Did you know you were the first person to post on my page back in March 2003?!!! That was before I had surgery on 3-13-03!! I'm now eight months out today and down 115#!!!!! BIGGHUGGZZZZ Jolene

Thanks for the words of encouragment Alice. I'm not sure if I am having a problem with feeling confident, rather than being very irritated at having this stupid infection! Doctor tells me not to worry, that sometimes bigger people have this problem after surgery. He says fat does not heal like muscle. I just don't like having it! I don't like how it smells! I don't like how it makes me feel! I will get past it.... Hope all is well with you. You have been through quite a lot yourself lately. You are an inspiration...

I love your profile. The beach scene along with the music... make for a very relaxing and calming experience. I was sorry to see that you've had some problems lately. You are such an inspiration... only weeks from plastic surgery and and days from some serious medical problems with a blockage... and you are already on the boards offering encouragment and support to others. I aspire to be more like you... Thanks for everything that you do.
