I was just wondering how much people lost on opti before surgery.. Like how many weeks were you on it and how much did you lose.. I start my three week opti in 15 days :/

Hello. Good morning! I was just wondering...for those that have HAD either dr mary ann aarts or dr jamie cyriac...what was your experience...my meet the surgeon was with dr aarts but she said I may have dr cyriac. So just wondering.
