Good evening all, Five more days,wow it is going really fast now!I'm trying to get all my assignments in at school and Monday (the day before wls)I'm taking several mid-term tests(they were scheduled for my surgery day).I'm still practicing my relaxation techniques! luv & blessings Rebecca Rodriguez

Rebecca, Congrats! My Gastric Lap Band surgery is also on April 1. April fools day, what a hoot! I wish you all the blessings I can muster and prayer for a quick recovery for you. Jacque

Hi all, today I went to the store to buy the sf jello, boullion and v-8. I read somewhere I could have that 2nd week? I'll go to get vits and protein supplement tomorrow. lol Rebecca

Hi all, as my wls date grows nearer,I decided to do a video tape diary. To remind me why I chose wls and to remind me of the things I'm not going to miss! you know, having nothing to wear out, everything falling on my chest when I eat,not being able to sit long at the baseball games,etc. Blessings and good thoughts to all having surgery this week or recovering. Thanks to all who wrote to me the other day, I was feeling very down about my support system and the abundance of support from this site showed me that I am not alone in this.
