Hi everyone I'm Jeni from IN. My story is like most on this website. I'm 30 and from Ferdinand, a small town in southern Indiana. I work as a nurse in a family practice office and love it. My husband is a 911 dispatcher and an EMT. We are high school sweethearts and best friends. We have been married for 11 years now and have been through a lot together. I have two wonderful children that are very active, and my white boxer that my family got me for my 30th birthday. Seems like everything in my life is going well except for my weight and health. I want to change it for me and my family. I have been overweight all my life. I do have some health issues and want to be able to be active with my kids and be around for a long time to enjoy them. I have been researching having RNY for a couple years now and now my insurance covers it on my plan. I'm very excited, and hope all my testing goes as planned so I can make this dream come true. I look forward to sharing my journey with you and making friends along the way.
