The good news is I am under 500lbs.  Not to be a downer but I'm not all that excited.  I was under 500lbs a year ago so it isn't like I am really turning back the hand of time that much.  Still, its a loss and I guess I should be happy about that.

I have been experiencing a couple of ailments.  The first is, I am not doing well keeping down the Zoloft medicine I have been prescribed.  Chopped, crushed, whole, it doesn't matter, I I throw a half hour or an hour later and have to use the toliet soon after.   Yesterday, I was able to keep some of it down but it took some work.  The medicine just doesn't agree with me and I am going to have to ask my doctor to reevaluate its use or at least switch me to a liquid form.

The other symptom I have been dealing with is light headedness.  If I get up too quickly or climb stairs (I guess exert myself), I get lightheaded.  Fortunately, I haven't passed out but as soon as it comes on, I know I should sit down and slow things up a bit.  I guess I probably went back to work too soon and now am not properly monitoring my liquid intake.  The wise thing would be to maybe take another week or two off but as most others can probably appreciate, bills need to be paid, and everyday you are at home, you are one day closer to being out on the street.  It is something I am going to have to learn to manage before it gets the best of me.
