"Dr. Bilof himself is a great physician. He has been in the business for nearly two decades, has been recognized for his work, and most importantly, knows what he is doing inside and outside of the operating room. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very patient with answering them. Also, he did not hesitate to answer many of my questions via e-mail or schedule another face-to-face appointment. Weight loss surgery is a big deal and he gets it.
His staff are great people as well. They are very engaging and always have a smile on their face. Many people will enjoy that aspect but I was a little bit uncomfortable. I'm a very private person and sometimes it seemed to be over the top and uncomfortable at times, still, that is what you want out of a staff. If they weren't that way, you risk having questions not answered or important information missed or misunderstood. So while the friendliness was a bit uncomfortable I thought it was necessary and happy that it was there."
