Just an update

Over the last few years since I have had my surgery, People seem to drop off their blog after they reach their goal.  I pretty  much did the same thing.

So I thought I would be different and post from time to time

Has not been hard to keep the weight off.  SOOOO happy I lost my weight and would STILL do the sleeve over and over in a New York min.  I love the sleeve.

I now have developed an Iron deficiency .  I just take and iron supplement.  I also have developed low blood sugar, for this I carry honey and candy with me.

I weight 102-105 and love it!  love when people tell me I am so tiny!
