Well I am three weeks out and I lost 20 lbs at my weigh in, and 22% of my excess body weight. I am feeling ten times better, and I have been working out like 5-6 days a week. I realized I was not eating/taking in enough protein and water. So my new thing is these whey protein shots, it is like a flavor I add to my water everyday. I got them at Walmart for $13.88 for 6, each one has 42gm of protein and I add like 1/4 of the vile into my water every time I refresh my 20 oz bottle. This has got me back losing again, granted it is only one lb in two days, but hey I will take whatever I can. I can only eat like 1/4 cup at each sitting so it was and is hard to get all the protein you need, but I am one determined woman and I will find ways to make it happen. I have one protein shake a day I use the Amp protein from GNC, only one scoop 20 gm protein, I use fat free milk which is like 8 gm protein and then put like 1/4 cup of powdered milk into it for 8 gm of protein for a total of like 36 gm of protein in the am! Then with my protein shots I get over my target of 65-75 gm of protein a day! Well I hope this might help others who face the same issue as me! Were there is a will there is a way! Have a great day!
