Carla.....I want to wish you the VERY BEST with your surgery on monday. Remember to get up as soon as possible and WALK and keep on walking. Hope that you are as lucky as Anne Marie was and end up with the gas in your tummy and not your shoulder. Dr. Kim and all his staff and Pam are all WONDERFUL !!!! You will learn to love them as I do. Try to walk as much as possible in the hospital....it will help with the soreness that you are going to feel and remember to come to ALL our support groups that Pam heads up...you will learn so much from them and we will ALL be there to support you!!!! Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else.
