Hi all!!

Sorry it has been awhile i have been enjoying my new life!! I am down 160 pounds and almost coming up on my year!! I have been able to hold my pouch down to 3.5 to 4 oz. I eat still several times a day not as much as i used too but it suits my needs. I am down in pants size to a 42 or so. All of my fatman clothes are gone!! It feels great to be able to walk in any store and get clothes i am in a 2x or XL shirt. I haven't bought a new suit yet but it is on the way. I will have updated pictures in a little bit as well as a before and after. Well I will talk to yall later
