I had a lap RnY in 1999. I did very well. Lost a lot of weight. I felt great and looked beautiful. Unfourtunately it did not stay that way. I am currently 30 pounds over weight. I can eat and eat and eat. No restriction. It is the pits. Not the result I was promised. I am older and wiser now and realize weight loss is a big money maker. Learn to love yourself at any weight. If you can't then nothing you do will ever keep the weight at bay. Thin should not equal happiness. I have the same value as a person at any size. I am allowing myself to love me and be happy reguardless of my size and if you don't like it then kiss my ass. I am done letting society and other people dictate to me. My body is my business.
