I feel wonderful port site has healed and doesnt hurt anymore. Getting my energy back. I have a  pain in my right side that feels like someone kicked me there, but am giving it a few days to subside before calling dr.

I can eat 1 cup of food at each meal. If I try for more, then it feels like someone put a tube sock down my throat.

Have lost 7 pounds, was hoping for more. But I will take what I can get!

I am scheduled for lap band surgery on July 17th in Juarez MX. with Dr. Rodriguez at Hospital Angeles.  any information on this hospital and surgeon would be greatly appreciated. 


I am sure that my experiences are similar to those who have battled weight loss their whole lives. I want it over once and for all. I am sick to death of the weight loss weight gain roller coaster and I LONG to be thin. Now that I am older it is impossible to loose no matter what I seem to do. I really felt hopeless until I found out about lap band surgery. It feels like my last hope.

I cant afford to get it done in the states, and my insurance wont cover it anywhere anyway. So I have opted for Mexico. 

Looking forward to hearing from others with lap band surgery experiences and making some new cyber friends.
