Beverly...I know what you are going thru I. I have BC/BS ppo and guess what my approval came in 3 weeks! They (at least my policy) deems it must be medically necessary. I did call them a couple of times to MAKE SURE they had everything they needed and such. That helped me make sure the doctors office and the ins worked together. They did need a few things more and I immediately called my DR office and let them know....within no time I got my approval letter. JAmie
