July 19 2009 almost 11 weeks post op. today I weigh 178.5 I feel good. I have been eating alot of mushy foods and need to change that. I can get in quite a bit of soup, chili, yogurt, cottage cheese, you know squishy food. I think It would be better for me to try and eat a more solid diet. I started this a few days ago, and I can tell you it works wonders for feeling full longer. Lots of fish some veggies and hamburger. I love salad and it goes down well, I had about half a taco the other day and it was so good.My daughter is home from camp and had a wonderful time. Life will be extreemly busy again as she goes back to tumbling and cheer 4 nights a week and I go back to work on Tuesday.
