Pamela, congratulations on hitting the century club. You look stunning! Of course it doesn't hurt that you started out beautiful! Keep up the good work!

This is Pamela and I have been home since late Wednesday afternoon. I tire easily and am a little achy but, all in all, feel pretty good considering I had major surgery Monday. Thanks to everyone who took the time to send good wishes. Special thanks to my Angel, Lisa; and to Patti and Beverley, fellow AMOSers who visited me in the hospital. More details on my profile.

Hi all. My mom and I went to see Pamela yesteray afternoon. She looked GREAT and even showed us her incisions!! She said the only one that is really sore is her belly-button. She was on liquids yesterday and supposed to start solid food today. She is also scheduled to be released today. I miss her at the office, and I can't wait until she's back! CONGRATULATIONS, PAMELA!! See you soon, my friend. Pamela's friend, Lisa

Hi all, I just spoke with Pamela again, and she sounds great! She was just returning from a walk, and she said that she did take a short walk yesterday as well. She will be on liquids today and solid food tomorrow! She is scheduled to go home tomorrow. Way to go, Pamela...I'm so happy for YOU!! Pamela's friend, Lisa

Hello again. Pamela just called me, and she sounded groggy, but really good. She's been sleeping most of the day. She said she's a little sore, but I don't think she was in any major pain at this point. I was so glad to hear from her. She said she called because she knew I would be worrying. She was right, but I feel much better now! She seemed okay with our planned visit tomorrow. I'll post after the visit or before if I have anything new to report. Pamela's friend, Lisa

Hi everyone. My name is Lisa, and I am Pamela's friend and co-worker. I asked if I could be her official Angel to report her progress to her online community of supporters, and she agreed. So, here goes... Pamela's husband, Paul, called me a few minutes ago. I am so happy to report that Pamela has come through her surgery and is in recovery. Paul said they had a couple of "bleeding things," (his words), but they took care of them. He did get to speak with her for a few minutes, and she is in pain but okay otherwise. I made plans with Pamela to visit her tomorrow, if she feels up to it. Meanwhile, she loves roses, so my mom and I sent her a dozen pink/white that the florist assured me were beautiful! I do hope they make her day when she returns from recovery! She is a beautiful person, inside and out, and she has made my day more times than she realizes! I will update this page as I have more information. Pamela's friend, Lisa
