hi there. i'm 34 years old, prior military and now a military wife. i've battled with my weight my whole life. i lose 15 lbs and gain back 30. i'm at an all time high of 227 and i'm 5"3. my pcm put in a referal to portsmouth naval hospital and my orientation is schduled for the 13th of this month. i have bulging discs in my lower back and arthritis in my knees. i have tried nutra system, weight watchers, phentermine, etc.. i,m afraid that i may have trouble qualifying because i didn't keep records of all of the programs i've been on in the past. i've moved about 8 times in the past 5 years and i'm not sure if the businesses i went to for attempted weight loss are even still there!  is anyone else or has anyone else gone through this? has anyone else had their surgery at portsmouth naval hospital? did you have to wait a long time before your surgery was scheduled? any comments, complaints, regrets? do they do the surgery laprascopically at pnh? i've considered using tricare standard and going to bon secours. has anyone done this? what was your copay? please help. i need some answers. any info would be gratly appreciated. thanks.
