"I have decided on getting the lap band. My Dr referred me to WLIA. I faxed over my Dr's referral. they called me back to tell me they would check with my insurance to see what coverage I had and then call me to make an apt. They did just that.
At the apt they go over everything with you and you decide if you want to continue or go home and think about it. I already had my mind made up so I continued the apt. It was over an hour. They go over everything right there. Tell you what you need to do and what future appointments you will have to make. They were very friendly and Dr Orris was informative."
