Hi Angela! Congrats on the new beginning in your life.....my surgeon says that lots of her patients say they get their lives back after surgery. I think they are right. Angela, Thank you so much for responding... I was beginning to think my cries were going unheard. I believe I read it from a site by someone named Sue or Susan.... It was full of negative information. I was floored...and scared about what I was getting myself into. I am still going ahead with the surgery. I have put all my fears and worries into God's hands and I know that he will take care of me. I am a firm believer in what will be will be and I don't believe God would lead me down this path (easily I might suggest) just to take my life or have me suffer. So, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for helpingn me keep my feed firmly planted on the ground! Your a blessing! Kim

Angela.. Just wanted to say thanks for the neat things you posted for me.. You made me smile & it sure helped because I am very nervous about the upcoming surgery on 10/16/02.. I need to loose about about 130 lbs.. and I intend to be very good after surgery & follow instructions.. I have the usual pre-surgery jitters, you know complications, pain, what will it be like, how will it be afterwards & I sure don't wanna loose my hair LOL... Sounds vain, but when you are chubby assets like good hair mean alot. I am glad to hear that you are doing well & be patient, from what I have found out is that different people loose weight at different speeds.. You should be proud. You took a big step & are suceeding in heading towards a new & healthier life.. Keep in touch & let me know how you progress. Good Luck.. Anne

Hello Angela,I hope this post finds you losing weight big time.Im having my surgery Nov 14th and Im a bit nervous,but ready and prepared to make this lifetime change.I hope you continue to do well.Soon you wont just be walking to the mall,you will be running circles around it(HeHe)How sweet it will be.You take care and God bless you..Love always,your weight-loss sister FROM THE STATE OF MARYLAND.....
