angela, thank you so much for your posting on my surgery page. Your comments mean so much, I've copied and pasted you quotes on a differnt sheet of paper. I'm keeping a journal, and I would like to reflect on each quote daily. You are an inspiration. In regards to your eating disorder comment, I have been told by my psychologist(who is christian based) that I suffer from binge eating disorder, which is caused by food ADDICTION. My therapy has been based on a drug, acholol addicts thearpy. I have resolved to that i will always have an addiction to food, that I will have to survive with the help of god's grace. Grace opend my eyes to the support of the WLS community and has blessed me by making my surgery proccess a learning experience. the negatitivity of my family has only strengthend my desire to be a better person. Grace is a powerful thing and I saw it in you in your comments to me. Stay strong, and call upon your greatest resource. email me if you want. Id be glad to share [email protected]

Hi Angela--so glad to hear that your sister is doing better. Thank you for your kind words to me on my upcoming surgery. I'm excited and now I'm also getting scared all of a sudden. Go figure. I'm a transplanted Canadian (to Calif) but still love to go "home" to Wpg. By for now

Hello Angela....God bless you! I just love to read your posts. The ones about your sister just break my heart though. Todays post especially made me cry, I am such an emotional person anyways. I pray for Valerie, her children and you everyday! I hope this move to the new hospital helps. Angela, please Valerie know that she is in my prayers and that i pray that she be able to see a new doctor, but better than yet that God give them revelation of what seems to be the problem which is causing her grief. I pray that God give the doctor the knowledge to understand whats going on and the means to treat it. God bless, i'm sorry for what your sister is going throug. yolanda
