hello everyone!!!!! i cant believe i have been neglecting this site for soooo long!!! i'd really like to give an update!!...HW: 407

CW:245 POUNDS!!!!.. so it has been quite the year!! lots of ups and downs, right and wrongs.. i feel so much healthier and i just feel like i was given a second chance!!!!!.... im so happy with everything.. life is GOOD!!!... to everyone out there.. good luck on your journeys!1 make the best of it!!!
oh... on another note.. i am at a stand still with the weight loss.. i still have about 50 pounds to lose... so its definitely time to kick my butt into gear again!!!!..
