Onderland Acheived!!!

I finally acheived getting into Onderland!!! I was so stoked, I can't say the exact date but it was like 2wks ago, so around Nov 30th I made it to 198lb, but as of today I am 196lbs. I am excited to see if I can get to 190lb by the end of the month. I would like to be 170lb by my surgiversary but that's not going to happen but I am just so happy to be where I am at now. I mean who could have thought from 370 to 196 in less than a year. I wish everyone the best of success in their weight loss journey.

Almost 200lbs!!!

I have not been close to 200lbs since I was in high school, that was back in the 80's. I am weighing in at 208lbs and I am so happy. I've enjoyed my journey thus far and I do not regret the choices I have made. I'll try to update as much as possible.
