It seems we all have a similar story.  I was a little heavier when I was younger.  My weight issues started after I had my first child.  Then after, number two - you know...  I have yo-yo dieted since I was 16 years old.  I think I have too tried about every diet and gimmicks there are.  I now have hypertension and hypercholesterolemia - along with stress incontinence.  I want to be free of my weight problem and be able to do the anything I want.   I also want to be an inspiration to my patients.  I believe that being a nurse you need to be a role model as well.  Most of all I don't want to have to think about my weight EVERY day.  What a blessing that would be. I have made myself a list of "things to do"

1.  ride any rollcoaster I can

2.  ski

3.  run a 5k

4.  do a back handspring again.

5.  have my boyfriend pick me up

6.  shop at victoria's secret for panties

7.  visit every waterpark I can
