It is so hard to believe that two months ago that I had surgery. My starting weight was 316 and I am happy to report that I am down to 276. I would to lose quicker but as my family and friends remind me, I didn't get this big overnight. So far, I have had no problems and I am enjoying my new attitude and outlook on life.
